General Information

The bird’s eye can be rented outside of opening hours for events, such as an apéro, a company occasion, or a birthday party.
The booking must be made at least six weeks before the event.
The bar personnel will be provided by the bird’s eye.

We look forward to offering you and your guests a memorable event in the special ambience of the bird’s eye jazz club.

Capacity

We have room for 95 guests at most.

Stage

The stage is 14.7 m² and can be expanded to 18.14 m².

Catering | apéro riche

Snacks or an apéro riche can be supplied directly by you or provided by a catering service of your choice. We are happy to help you find an appropriate caterer for your event.
Our small tables make our club unsuitable for complete meals with table service.

Music

The sound system is provided by the bird’s eye.
If you need additional equipment, we will be glad to help you organize it.
We would be happy to help you find a suitable band for your event.

Prices

Club rental including service personnel	200 CHF/hour
Organization (flat rate)	100 to 200 CHF
Cleaning fee	100 CHF
Sound system including drums (flat rate)	300 CHF
Sound engineer (flat rate for first 3 hours)	300 CHF
Sound engineer (per additional hour)	65 CHF/hour
Piano rental (flat fee)	300 CHF
Drinks	According to the menu
Corkage (per wine bottle)	38 CHF
Corkage (per prosecco bottle)	50 CHF
